Collections must be confirmed through the Organisers Portal. You can book a date before your return deadline however we only have limited ability to move your deadline back so please call the office if you need an extension.

Please note extensions to deadlines will result in a later return date of products – Schools collected before the 20th November will be returned by the end of the first week of December.
