  3. There are three types of editor:
    a) Book Organiser - can oversee and edit everything.
    b) Supervisors - eg teacher or parent who can edit and oversee all pages the Book Organiser has allocated to them eg a whole class and/or specific pages.

    c) Pupils Editors - who can only edit pages that the Book Organiser has allocated to them.

  4. What types of editors are needed to create a book?
    • Any type of book being edited by one person - does not need any additional users. This can be completed in the Book Organisers editing interface.
    • A single class book with pupil editors - This will require The Book Organiser (teacher) and Pupil editors.
    • A multiple class book with pupil editors - This will require The Book Organiser (who will set up and oversee the complete book). Supervisors (teachers allocated to a class who will oversee their pupils work). Pupil editors (allocated to classes).
    • PTA organised book where a committee will complete the editing - This will require The Book Organiser (who will set up and oversee the complete book) Supervisors (who will be responsible for editing the pages they have allocated to them by their organiser).
    • Each type of user will automatically have a password generated by our system allowing different types of access to the completed book.
  5. The book types we currently offer on the Book Creator are:

    • 'Primary leavers Books' - Y6,P7,Y2
