Organise your project

1. Plan a Timetable

   Phone us to send you out a project pack about 4 weeks before you would like to start the artwork. This should give you plenty of time to plan your project with the school. Decide as a staff a comfortable timetable that would suit you when working with the date you would like your card project completed by. Remember that cards are couriered back to school 10 working days from receipt of your artwork.

2. Read the Artwork Guidelines

   Before you start take time to read through the 'Art and Design Guidelines' section in the Teachers Information & Guide booklet.

3. Finding Inspiration for Art Ideas

   For design ideas you may want to browse through our Online Gallery and take a look at the 'Starting Points' section in the Teachers Information & Guide booklet.

4. Doing the Artwork

   Then its time to get the kids started! If time is a constraint you might like to consider setting the project as a homework activity.

5. Collecting Orders

   When the A4 artwork has been completed it must be attached to the order form provided and sent home to parents. Alternatively you could invite the parents in to view the designs. (The pupil order forms are found in the class envelopes.)
   In our Downloads section we provide a suggested letter to parents to accompany artwork. There is also a PTA letter suitable for PTAs running the project as a homework activity.
   Artwork and orders are returned by parents by a date specified by the school.

Organising a Collection

Finally collect all artwork with orders, complete the school order form and place these in our courier sacks along with our payment, then contact us to arrange for our couriers to collect from your school.

Card packs are returned 10 working days from receipt of your artwork please make a note on the top of your order form any special dates you need the cards by.

Reorders

We generally deal with reorders directly with parents either through our reorder cards that we package with the cards or through our online shop.
If the school would like to organise reorders then money can be collected by yourself and the school donation deducted as before.

Late artwork

We do process late artwork however as it is not processed as part of a school we charge a handling and postage fee similar to that charged for any individual work we complete.
