Cauliflower Cards is a printing company that aims to promote pupils/childrens' self esteem and sense of pride in the work they produce by creating beautifully printed products from childrens' original work.
As a husband and wife management team, we both bring to the company knowledge and expertise from different backgrounds. I am a junior school teacher who has worked in a wide variety of settings over many years. With an art specialist background I have experience in organising art events within the schools I have worked and with this I have a firsthand understanding of what works and what doesn't! Whilst Hugh, my husband, who originally came from a programming background before moving into printing, gained valuable printing and logistics expertise as owner and manager of a previous specialist printing company CDR Print which he has now sold.
This combination of our different professional backgrounds allows us to understand the organisation and needs of the schools we work with as well as having the management skills and infrastructure to produce an excellent product in a quick turnaround time.
